Whether your client is a senior executive or a teenager working on career they may benefit from becoming more assertive. Assertiveness is the ability to know what one's thinking and feelings and be able to express them in ways that do not minimize self or damage others.

As a coach how can you support the growth of your client’s assertiveness? What are the steps that they may need to go through in their development? How can you create a safe space for them to practice new skills here?

We will briefly talk about a couple tools that can help give a picture to you and your client. As your client’s assertiveness increases the possibilities in their world open up. This session will be both interactive and experiential.
